Dudeman, Can you start up Los Taco Trucks site again?
Here's one you need to try: Mexica, in the parking lot of a gas station in the 600 block of S. Michigan St.
Technically, it's a taco trailer, not a truck. I think the gas station is a Shell station, but I can't remember -- too busy eating an asada taco and a mulita con pollo. Comes in a very close second to Asadero in Rainier Valley.
